1. Scope of Application

The offer of goods on the internet by BILMAG represents a non-binding offer. The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through our online shop.

2. Conclusion of Contract

After the selected goods have been added to the “shopping cart,” a summary of the order and contract data will appear. Only after confirming this by clicking “Proceed to Checkout” and checking the box for the terms and conditions, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the ordered goods. A contract is formed upon our written confirmation.

3. Shipping Costs

In addition to the indicated product prices, shipping costs will be added. Details regarding the amount of shipping costs can be found in the offers.

4. Payment

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

a) Bank Transfer:

When selecting the payment method, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation.

b) Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on delivery payments are due upon receipt of the goods. A supplementary fee of €6.00 applies for payments by cash on delivery.

c) Paypal

You pay the invoice amount through the online provider Paypal. You must be registered there or register first, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instructions to us.

5. Self-Pickup

Self-pickup is possible, but only after a brief phone call.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Transportation Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the carrier as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

8. Customer Service

We offer delivery and professional assembly of billiard tables with slate tops within Germany (and abroad) at a great price-performance ratio. You are responsible for providing on-site assistance for carrying the packages and slate tops.

9. Warranty

We warrant that the purchased item is free from defects upon handover.

No warranty is provided if damage is caused by improper or contractually non-compliant actions of the buyer during installation, connection, operation, or storage, as well as natural wear and tear. If defects are detected upon handover, the buyer has the right to request rectification, either by eliminating the defect or delivering a replacement, within two weeks after receiving the goods. In business dealings with entrepreneurs, we choose the method of rectification at our discretion. If we fail to rectify the issue, the buyer is entitled to reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract. We reserve the right to refuse the buyer’s chosen method of rectification if it is impossible or associated with disproportionate costs. The statute of limitations for claims arising from defects in quality is 24 months and begins with the transfer of the purchased item to the customer.

10. Storage of Contract Text

The text of the contract concluded between you and us is stored by us.

The contract text is stored in our internal systems. You can view the terms and conditions on this page at any time. The order data, the cancellation policy, and the terms and conditions will be sent to you by email. After completing the order, the contract text is accessible to you via your password-protected customer account, if you have created one with us.

The languages available for concluding the contract are German, Russian, and English.
