Delivery Terms

With the creation of the delivery note, which also serves as an order confirmation, the order is considered accepted according to our standards.

The goods will be shipped to you as soon as the invoice amount has been received by us. In case of non-stock items, you will be promptly notified. In this case, you have the option to either wait for the goods or cancel the order.

Our deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.

We recommend addressing technical questions in advance, as subsequent changes or additions to the order may result in delivery time delays.

If delivery is done by freight forwarder, we require your phone number so that the freight forwarder can schedule a delivery date with you.

To expedite the process, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries. Transport damages must be reported immediately to the delivery personnel.

Please note that delivery to Packstations is not possible.

For deliveries to other EU countries, please contact us in advance.

For private use, we offer a warranty of two years.
